Clients appreciate my ability to gather the precise information that makes a difference. And with that quality information to generate appropriate consulting or training interventions.

The theme in my career has been my interest in and development of process tools that can be applied to problem solving and solution generation in a variety of different contexts. By attending to the patterns (processes) of communication, change management and training rather than getting lost in the story (content) effective and lasting results can be achieved for clients.

To balance my fascination with models of applied cognitive psychology (and human behaviour) I enjoy traveling, reading, eating out and classical music.

Grad.Cert.NLP., BA (Psych) MApp.Sci. Social Ecology Chris has been working in designing accredited training courses and coaching for over 25 years. A passion for working with others in developing choice about how they operate in the workplace, and how they in turn can help others 'manager as coach' has kept Chris focussed on delivering generative change. Chris is regularly asked to speak. Chris is also the principal of Inspiritive - a Registered Training Organisation. Some of his training and consulting clients have included Sydney Water, CSR Asia, Telstra, Australian Bureau of Statistics, Environmental Health Australia, National Westminster, Societe Generale Australia, and the International Institute of Business Analysts.
