I appreciate that my clients are busy, and that’s why they need clear and concise solutions. I love working collaboratively with clients to create generative solutions.

My background in building my own businesses in IT, accounting and legal professional services, lends a level of experience that means I can contribute a genuine understanding of clients commercial needs. 20 years of change management, has honed my ability to quickly identify those essential elements tof an issue or opportunity, and work with clients to translate this into action. How organisations connect internally and the patterns of thinking and behaviour that support this connectivity is a constant source of fascination.

I balance my life by spending time with my family, boating, cooking (& eating!) and painting.

Kate Holz BCom CPA,
owned and operated an award winning IT business for 11 years. With a team of Chartered Accountants, CPAs and software engineers, her business designed and implemented software that is used in over 50 countries. Kate was Nominated for Telstra Business Woman of the Year 2001. After selling the business to NY listed company Computer Associates in 2000, Kate turned her hand to working with owner managers of professional service firms on their businesses, and to senior managers within corporates and government departments who are leading change.
