I appreciate that my clients are busy, and that’s why they need clear and concise solutions – I like to think that my approach is one where I focus on what really matters in making that match between our clients’ needs and our people.

My background in building my own businesses in IT, accounting and legal professional services, lends a level of experience that means I can contribute a genuine understanding of clients commercial needs. 20 years of change management, has honed my ability to quickly identify the essential elements of an issue or opportunity, and translate this into action.

A life balance underscores much of the motivation behind the Adept team, and I balance mine by spending time with my young family, boating, cooking (& eating!) and painting.

Kate Holz BCom CPA,
owned and operated an award winning IT business for 11 years. With a team of Chartered Accountants, CPAs and software engineers, her business designed and implemented software that is used in over 50 countries. Kate received numerous service awards from the ACCPAC community, including User Group awards. Kate was Nominated for Telstra Business Woman of the Year 2001. After selling the business to NY listed company Computer Associates in 2000, Kate turned her hand to working with owner managers of professional service firms on their businesses, and extends this focus with Adept.
