Communication in Cultural Change Strategy

In conjunction with Management, we design solutions around the patterns of communication that are desired before, during and after significant change.  By creating a framework of how individual members within your organisation communicate, a 'best practice' can be crafted that suits the way you do business.

We run management training with a focus on the pattern people use in thinking.  We can deliver pre-designed workshops or work together with management to design something to suit specifically.

Coaching / Tutoring

By coupling coaching with the management training, we create an opportunity for managers to explore the skills learnt in the workshops, for application in their own contexts.

Exploration Workshops

We facilitate exploration workshops where a concept may be explored and ideas elicited in order to achieve a specific outcome. For example, there may be need to attend to a culture issue, or a rebranding exercise. The principle intention behind these workshops is to elicit sustainable buy-in to initiatives, whilst your team members come up with the good ideas.

Focus Group Facilitation
