What do we do?

We partner with businesses that want to replicate the very best in their organisations. Everyone knows who the great operators are, but we rarely know what makes them such excellent performers. Imagine if you could replicate those traits that make the difference.

We work with organisations to identify these traits, or patterns, to create a model of excellence (best practice). The collaborative process continues with the delivery of management training of this model, based on the excellent behaviours already embedded within your organisation or the industry at large.

So, why so much emphasis on collaboration? Collaboration creates ownership, and ownership leads to longevity of initiatives.

Modelling?

 

A word about modelling….  

Modelling is the process whereby patterns are effectively described, replicated and transferred to others.  This happens naturally whenever humans interact – you can probably bring to mind something a child does just like their parent.  We focus on modelling patterns of excellence with the intention of inviting others to replicate these in the workplace.

These patterns of excellence can be thought of as best practice.  We work with proven patterns of excellence so that once articulated, they can be adopted across an organisation.  Interestingly, most excellent performers are not conscious of what they are doing that makes the difference – they have what is called an unconscious competency.  We work with your star performers to help articulate what it is that they are doing, and through a process of feeding back and testing, we identify those components of thinking or behaviour that make the difference.  This in turn becomes the basis for the model of excellence (best practice).
