Over the last 25 years I have owned and operated businesses in Corporate Planning and Accounting, Technology Development and CBD Construction, as a result I have developed the ability to correctly interpret client needs, demands and expectations.

I have been a Director/ Company Secretary of public and private companies over the last 29 years having taken lead roles in Change Management, Tax Planning, Consulting to Public and Private Clients and Government as well as various start-up ventures.

I balance life style between my family, a beer with long time mates and a genuine love of team sports, especially Cricket and Rugby.

Among his other achievements he was responsible for developing and patenting a smartcard wireless gaming and banking system, developed through a joint venture with The Australian Jockey Club and The Sydney Turf Club, it was then used on the clubs’ racetracks. Bob also has taken lead roles in organising IPO’s and re-listing a de-listed ASX listed entity, including organising a fully underwritten capital raising and the acquisition of new business for his client.
